اثر بخشی واقعیت درمانی بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی، تحمل پریشانی، خودآسیبی و اضطراب مرگ زنان نخست زا

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثر بخشی واقعیت درمانی بر رفتارهای خودمراقبتی، تحمل پریشانی، خودآسیبی و اضطراب مرگ زنان نخست زا انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان نخست زا در مرکز مشاوره و ارایه خدمات مامایی سلامت مادران ایرانی شهر مشهد در نیمه دوم سال 1403 که دارای پرونده پزشکی بودند 45 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و پس از همتاسازی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایشی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای تحت روش واقعیت درمانی گلاسر (2000) قرار گرفتند. گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکرد اما در لیست انتظار برای آموزش قرار گرفت. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها براساس پرسشنامه رفتارهای خودمراقبتی، تحمل پریشانی، خودآسیبی و اضطراب مرگ انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های توصیفی و آنالیز واریانس اندازگیری مکرر توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 انجام شد. آموزش معناداری باعث کاهش نمرات تحمل پریشانی و اضطراب مرگ و خودآسیبی و افزایش خودمراقبتی در گروه آزمایش شد (01/0>p). پیشنهاد می‌شود در کنار درمان های دارویی، آموزش واقعیت درمانی بر روی زنان نخست زا صورت گیرد.

چکیده English

Background: The purpose of this study aimed at the effectiveness of reality therapy on self -care, distress tolerance, self -esteem and the anxiety of first women's death. Objective: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of narrative therapy on the rumination of divorced mothers in Behbahan. Method: he semi -test research method was with the pre -test and post -test design with the control and follow -up group. The statistical population includes first -rate women at the Mashhad Mama Midwifery Counseling and Midwifery Service in the second half of 1403, which had a medical record, 45 people were selected by targeted sampling and were assigned in two experimental and certificates. The experimental group was placed 10 90 -minute sessions under the Glaser Reality Therapy (2000). The group did not receive a training certificate but was on the waiting list for training. The data collection was based on the self -care, distress tolerance, self -esteem and anxiety of death. Data were done using descriptive indicators and repeated variance analysis by SPSS software. Findings: ignificant education reduced the scores of distress tolerance and death anxiety and self -care and increase self -care in the experimental group (P <0.01). Along with medication therapies, it is recommended that reality therapy be performed on first women.
