مقایسه ‌مهارت‌های زندگی و کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده و غیر مصرف کننده مواد اعتیادآور

چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه ‌مهارت‌های زندگی و کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده و کودکان دارای والدین غیر مصرف کننده مواد اعتیادآور بود‌‌‌‌. روش پژوهش مقایسه­ای و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه کودکان عادی و کودکان دارای والدین معتاد به مواد مخدر مراجعه کننده به مرکز ترک اعتیاد در منطقه هفت تهران بود‌‌‌ (800 =N)‌‌‌‌، روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش به صورت تصادفی ساده و حجم نمونه60 نفر‌‌‌ (30 کودک والدین معتاد و30 کودک والدین غیر معتاد) بود‌‌‌‌. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه­های ‌مهارت‌های زندگی و پرسشنامه کانرز(2004) بود که پس از تکمیل داده­های بدست آمده‌‌‌‌، با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت‌‌‌‌. نتایج نشان داد که توانایی حل مسئله‌‌‌‌، تصمیم­گیری‌‌‌‌، توانایی ارتباط‌‌‌‌، شهروند مسئول‌‌‌‌، شهروند جهانی و ‌مهارت‌های زندگی کودکان دارای والدین غیر مصرف کننده بیشتر از کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده است‌‌‌‌. کارکردهای اجرایی در بین کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده و کودکان دارای والدین غیر مصرف کننده متفاوت است و طبق نتایج نمره میانگین مشکلات توجه در بین کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده بیشتر از کودکان دارای والدین غیر مصرف کننده بود ولی عملکرد حسی حرکتی‌‌‌‌، زبان‌‌‌‌، کارکردهای اجرایی‌‌‌‌، حافظه‌‌‌‌، یادگیری‌‌‌‌، شناخت‌‌‌‌، نمره کل در بین کودکان دارای والدین غیر مصرف کننده بیشتر از کودکان دارای والدین مصرف کننده است.

چکیده English

The purpose of this research was to compare the life skills and executive functions of children with parents who use drugs and children with parents who do not use addictive substances. The comparative research method and its statistical population included all normal children and children with drug-addicted parents who referred to the addiction treatment center in Haft district of Tehran (N = 800), the sampling method of this research was simple random and the sample size was 60 There were 30 children of addicted parents and 30 children of non-addicted parents. The research tools were life skills questionnaires and Connors (2004) questionnaire, which was analyzed using multivariate variance analysis after completing the obtained data. The results showed that problem solving ability, decision making, communication ability, responsible citizen, global citizen and life skills of children with non-consumer parents are more than children with consumer parents. Executive functions are different between children with consuming parents and children with non-using parents, and according to the results, the average score of attention problems among children with consuming parents was higher than children with non-using parents, but sensory motor function, language, executive functions , memory, learning, cognition, total score among children with non-using parents is higher than children with consuming parents.
