نقش میانجی عدم انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین طرحواره های مثبت فرزند پروری و اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی عدم انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های مثبت فرزند پروری و اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل بزرگسالان دانشجو 18 تا 48 سال در سال 1403 که از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس 436 نفر برای پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های طرحواره فرزند پروری لویس (2018)، انعطاف ناپذیری هایس و باند (2019) و اضطراب اجتماعی اویسه و همکاران (2021) پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که عدم انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین طرحواره های مثبت فرزند پروری و اضطراب اجتماعی معنادار و مثبت دارد (01/0>p) نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد انعطاف ناپذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین طرحواره های مثبت فرزند پروری و اضطراب اجتماعی نقش میانجی گری دارد. براساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که نتایج، نشانگر اهمیت طرحواره های فرزند پروری در تبیین انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی است. لذا، تشکیل کارگاه‏ها و کلاس‏های آموزشی با تشریح اهمیت مسئولیت‏پذیری و همچنین آموزش شیوه‏های سازگاری اجتماعی بهتر، می‏تواند در جهت بهبود اضطراب اجتماعی مثمرثمر واقع گردد.

چکیده English

The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of psychological inflexibility in the relationship between positive parenting schemas and social anxiety. The research method is correlational and the statistical population includes all ... in 1403, which were selected through convenience sampling of 400 people for the present study and responded to the Lewis Parenting Schema (2018), Hayes and Bond Flexibility, and Oweyse et al. (2021) Social Anxiety Questionnaires(2021). The results of the correlation analysis showed that psychological inflexibility has a significant and positive relationship between positive parenting schemas and social anxiety (p<0.01). The results of the structural equation analysis showed that Psychological inflexibility has a mediating role in the relationship between positive parenting schemas and social anxiety. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that the results indicate the importance of parenting schemas in explaining cognitive flexibility. Therefore, organizing workshops and training classes that explain the importance of responsibility and teach better social adaptation techniques can be effective in improving social anxiety.
