رابطه هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با رفتارهای بهداشتی در دانشجویان

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه‌ی بین هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی با رفتارهای بهداشتی در دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر سمنان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 در شهر سمنان بودند که 242 نفر که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ (2008)، هوش هیجانی شوت و دیگران (1998) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای بهداشتی اقتباس‌شده از خودآزمون سبک زندگی (بابروف، 2018) پاسخ دادند.داده های آماری با روش رگرسیون همزمان مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین مولفه های هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی همبستگی وجود دارد، و مولفه های تولید معنای شخصی و تنظیم هیجانی توان پیش بینی رفتارهای بهداشتی در بین دانشجویان را دارند.نتایج پژوهش می توان بیان داشت که آموزش و تقویت هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی در بین دانشجویان، رفتارهای بهداشتی در آنها نیز تقویت خواهد شد.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with health behaviors in students of FARHANGIAN University in Semnan. The statistical population of this study was all students of FARHANGIAN University in the academic year of 2016-2017 in Semnan, of which 242 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method. Participants answered the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008), Shot et al.'s Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998) and the Health Behavior Questionnaire adapted from the lifestyle self-test (Baburov, 2018). Statistical data were analyzed by simultaneous regression. The results showed that there is a correlation between the components of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence, and the components of personal meaning production and emotional regulation have the ability to predict health behaviors among students. Spiritually among students, health behaviors will also be strengthened in them.
