اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودتاب آوری زنان نابارور شهرستان ساری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودتاب آوری زنان نابارور شهرستان ساری انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از لحاظ روش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری کلیه زنان نابارور که به بیمارستان حضرت امام خمینی شهرستان ساری در شش ماه دوم سال 1394، مراجعه نموده که تعداد آنها برابر 211 نفر از سوی بیمارستان گزارش شده بود. شیوه نمونه گیری پژوهش حاضر از نوع در دسترس و با غربالگری اولیه به صورت هدفمند به حجم 30 نفر که برای هر گروه آزمایش و گواه 15 نفر انتخاب گردید. کلیه فرایند درمان در هشت جلسه به صورت فردی به مدت 45 دقیقه برای گروه آزمایش انجام گرفت. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات نمونه ها از مقیاس تاب آوری کانر و دیویدسون استفاده شد و جهت تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره استفاده گردید. یافته ها نشان داد که متغیر مستقل(گروه) تأثیر معناداری بر متغیر وابسته(خود تاب آوری) داشته است(77/27 =(28 ، 1) F و 0.001 P <). بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر خودتاب آوری زنان نابارور موثر بوده است.

چکیده English

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on self-resilience of infertile women in Sari city. This research was a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of all infertile women who referred to Hazrat Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sari city in the second six months of 2014, whose number was 211 was reported by the hospital. The sampling method of the current research is available and with a targeted initial screening of 30 people, of which 15 people were selected for each experimental and reference group. The entire treatment process was carried out in eight individual sessions for 45 minutes for the experimental group.Connor and Davidson's resilience scale was used to collect data from the samples, and univariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the independent variable (group) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (self-resilience) (F(28, 1) = 27.77 and P < 0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy has been effective on the self-resilience of infertile women.
