اثربخشی زندگی درمانی بر اشتیاق به زندگی، امید به زندگی و کیفت زندگی در زنان نابارور

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زندگی درمانی بر اشتیاق به زندگی، امید به زندگی و کیفت زندگی در زنان نابارور می‌باشد.این پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به کلینیک تخصصی زنان و زایمان در شهرستان ساری در سال 1401 با تعداد 37 نفر بود. برای انتخاب نمونه 30 نفر از این افراد که تشخیص ناباروری را دریافت کرده‌بودند با روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره گواه و آزمایش قرار گرفتند سپس هر دو گروه در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری پرسشنامه‌های اشتیاق به زندگی ، امید به زندگی و کیفیت زندگی در اختیار آزمودنی‌ها قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته به وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها نشاد دادند زندگی درمانی در زنان نابارور به ترتیت برای متغیر های اشتیاق به زندگی ( 000/0 p=،045/20 F=) ،امید به زندگی ( 000/0 p=،190/31 F=) و کیفیت زندگی ( 001/0 p=،556/12 F=) اثر بخش بود از همین رو می‌توان نتیجه گرفت زندگی درمانی بر افزایش اشتیاق به زندگی، امید به زندگی و کیفت زندگی در زنان نابارور تاثیر دارد.

چکیده English

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of life therapy on life satisfaction, life expectancy and quality of life in infertile women. The statistical population of the research included all infertile women who referred to the specialized gynecology and obstetrics clinic in Sari city in 1401 with the number of 37 people. For sample selection, 30 people who have been diagnosed with infertility were selected by non-random sampling method and randomly placed in two groups of 15 people, control and experimental. Then both groups were given the questionnaires of enthusiasm for life, life expectancy and quality of life in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The data was analyzed using mixed variance analysis by SPSS software. The findings showed that life therapy in infertile women was better for the variables of passion for life (p=0.000, F=20.045), hope for Life (p=0.000, F=31.190) and quality of life (F=12.556, p=0.001) were effective, so it can be concluded that life therapy increases passion for life, hope for life. And the quality of life affects infertile women.
