مقایسه اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس در زوجین دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی و زوجین دارای فرزند عادی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس در زوجین دارای فرزند کم­توان ذهنی و عادی شهر اصفهان، با روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه­ای انجام شد. گروه نمونه والدین 70 کودک کم­ توان ذهنی دو مدرسه کودکان استثنایی و همچنین 70 کودک عادی از دو دبستان ابتدایی دخترانه و پسرانه عادی به شیوه خوشه­ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه سنجش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (21DASS) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های به دست آمده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس زوجین دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی و عادی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد و در والدین دارای فرزند کم­توان ذهنی بیشتر است. تولد فرزند معلول، مشابه متغیری بحران­زا، افزایش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را در زوجین دارای فرزند کم­توان ذهنی در پی دارد.

چکیده English

The present study was conducted with the purpose of comparing anxiety, depression and stress in couples with mentally retarded and normal children in Isfahan city, with a causal-comparative descriptive research method. The sample group of parents of 70 mentally retarded children from two schools for exceptional children, as well as 70 normal children from two elementary schools for girls and boys, were selected in a multi-stage cluster method. Depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire (21DASS) was used to collect data. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the obtained data. The results showed that there is a significant difference between depression, anxiety and stress of couples with intellectually disabled children and normal ones, and it is more in parents with intellectually disabled children. The birth of a disabled child, similar to a crisis variable, leads to an increase in depression, anxiety and stress in couples with mentally disabled children.
