مدل علّی سبک‌های هویت و رفتارهای پرخطر: نقش میانجی راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سبک‌های هویت و رفتارهای پرخطر با میانجی‌گری تنظیم شناختی هیجان در بین دانشجویان بود. مطالعه از نوع بنیادین و به روش همبستگی صورت گرفته است. دراین پژوهش، جامعه آماری، دانشجویان دانشگاه غیرانتفاعی خیام بودند و حجم نمونه شامل 200 نفر از دانشجویان (67 درصد زن) و (33 درصد مرد) بوده است که به شیوه‌ی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌های مورد استفاده شامل: پرسشنامه سبک‌های هویت (برزونسکی، 1998)، پرسشنامه نظم-جویی شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی، کرایج‌ و اسپینهاون، 2001) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای پرخطر ایرانی (زاده محمدی، احمدآبادی و حیدری، 1390). در این پژوهش به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که مدل اولیه پژوهش، برازش خوبی نداشت و پس از اصلاح، مبنی بر حذف مسیر سبک هویت هنجاری به رفتارهای پرخطر که مسیر ضعیفی بود، مدل با برازش بسیار خوب مورد تأیید قرار گرفت (56/1 = χ2/df، 00/0 = RSMEA، 99/0GFI = ، 93/0AGFI = ،99/0 CFI =). در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که در رابطه سبک‌های هویت و رفتارهای پرخطر، راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان نقش میانجی‌گرانه معناداری را ایفا می‌کنند.

چکیده English

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Identity-styles and Risky Behaviors, with regard to the mediating role of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies. This research was a basic study, administered in a correlational method. The statistical population were the students of Khayyam University in the year 2020, of which 200 students (67% female) and (33% male) were selected as the sample by Convenience Sampling method. The questionnaires used in this research were: the identity-style inventory (1998), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Risky Behaviors Questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, the path analysis method was used and the results showed that the initial model of research was not significant. After modifying the model, based on removal of the normative identity-style path to risky behaviors, which was a weak path, the model had a great fit (CFI= 0/99, AGFI= 0/93, GFI= 0/99, RMSEA= 0/00, χ2/df= 1/56). Overall, it can be concluded that in relation to identity styles and risky behaviors, cognitive emotion regulation strategies have a significant mediating role
