بررسی اثربخشی روان درمانی تحلیلی کارکردی بر تمایز یافتگی خود و کیفیت روابط موضوعی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت نارسیستیک

چکیده
 
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان­درمانی تحلیلی کارکردی بر تمایزیافتگی خود و کیفیت روابط موضوعی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت نارسیستیک انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه­ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مردان مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته مراجعه­کننده به کلینیک­های روانشناختی منطقه 5 شهر تهران در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها با روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی 15 نفری جایگزین شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه روابط موضوعی بل (1985) و پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود اسکورن و فریدلندر (1998) بود. در تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون کوواریانس چند متغیری برای آزمون فرضیه اصلی و تک­متغیری برای فرضیه­های جانبی با نرم­افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که روان­درمانی تحلیلی کارکردی بر تمایزیافتگی خود و کیفیت روابط موضوعی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت نارسیستیک تأثیر معنی­دار دارد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of functional psychoanalysis on self-differentiation and quality of thematic relationships in people with narcissistic personality disorder. The research design was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all men with narcissistic personality disorder who referred to psychological clinics in District 5 of Tehran in 1400, from which 30 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly. They were replaced in two equal groups of 15 people. Data collection tools in this study were Bell (1985) Thematic Relationships Questionnaire and Skorn and Friedlander (1998) Self-Differentiation Questionnaire. In data analysis, multivariate covariance test was used to test the main hypothesis and univariate for lateral hypotheses with SPSS software. The results showed that functional psychoanalysis has a significant effect on self-differentiation and the quality of thematic relationships in people with narcissistic personality disorder.
