The purpose of this study was to determine The Effectiveness of Teaching Healthy relationship with Oppositional on Anger Control and Increasing Social Skills in Adolescent Girls. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group.The statistical population of the present study included all adolescent girls (18-12 years) in Isfahan in 2020 who were selected using a sample of 40 adolescent girls. They were selected and randomly divided into two groups of control (n = 20) and experimental (n = 20) Data gathering tools were Incredibizen & Foster's Social Skills Questionnaire (1992) and Spielberger Anger Standard Inventory (1999). The experimental group received 8 sessions of 90-minute sessions on the opposite sex. The data were analyzed using SPSS-19 software at two levels of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the mean scores of the two groups, in other words, Teaching Healthy relationship with opposite sex had a significant effect on the improvement of Outside anger control, Internal control of anger and social skills of female adolescents.
