بررسی رابطه ساختار خانواده از نظر انطباق پذیری و همبستگی با رضایت زناشویی در زنان شاغل

چکیده
ژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی بررسی رابطه ساختار خانواده از نظر انطباق­پذیری و همبستگی با رضایت زناشویی در زنان شاغل انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان شاغل در ادارات شهر کرج و نمونه این پژوهش شامل 400 نفر از زنان شاغل در شهر کرج تهران بودند که بر اساس نمونه گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه ساختار خانواده السون و همکاران (1985) و رضایت زناشویی السون، فورینز و دراکمن (1982) بود. داده­ها با استفاده از شیوه­های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (رگرسیون چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که همبستگی و انطباق پذیری خانواده، رضایت زناشویی زنان شاغل را پیش­بینی می‌کنند (001/0>P). همچنین، همبستگی و انطباق­پذیری خانواده با رضایت زناشویی و مولفه­های آن یک رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد (001/0>P). نتایج نشان داد، بین همبستگی و انطباق­ پذیری خانواده با رضایت زناشویی زنان شاغل رابطه مثبت وجود دارد و از نتایج پژوهش حاضر می­توان در تدوین پروتکل­های درمانی استفاده کرد.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between family structure in terms of adaptability and correlation with marital satisfaction in working women. The research is of the correlation type and the statistical population of the research is all women working in the offices of Karaj city and the sample of this research included 400 working women in Karaj city of Tehran who were selected based on multi-stage cluster sampling. The tools used in the research were Elson et al.'s family structure questionnaire (1985) and Elson, Furinz and Druckman's (1982) marital satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple regression and Pearson correlation coefficient) and using spss20 software. The findings showed that family solidarity and adaptability predict the marital satisfaction of working women (P<0.001). Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the correlation and adaptability of the family with marital satisfaction and its components (P<0.001). The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the solidarity and adaptability of the family with the marital satisfaction of working women, and the results of the present study can be used in developing treatment protocols.
