چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی آموزش کیفیت زندگی درمانی بر کاهش تعارضات و ابعاد آن صورت گرفته است. پژوهش آزمایشی و از نوع نیمه آزمایشی بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از کلیه زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان. نمونه این پژوهش شامل 40 نفر داوطلب بود که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. در حالیکه گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار بود، گروه آزمایش هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای بسته­ی آموزشی را دریافت کردند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش­نامه تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ-R)، (تجدید نظر شده 1375) بود. هر دو گروه در دو مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون  در معرض ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. به منظور بررسی و تجزیه تحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (کواریانس چند متغیری) استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد در گروه آزمایش پس از ارائه بسته­ی آموزشی کیفیت زندگی درمانی، تعارضات زناشویی به طور معناداری کاهش یافته است. طبق یافته ­های این پژوهش می­توان گفت  کیفیت زندگی درمانی روش مناسبی برای کاهش تعارضات زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of quality of life therapy training on reducing conflicts and its dimensions. The research was experimental and semi-experimental. The research design was of pre-test-post-test type with experimental and control groups. The statistical population consisted of all married women in Isfahan city. The sample of this study included 40 volunteers who were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. While the control group was on the waiting list, the experimental group received eight sessions of 90 minutes of the training package. The research tool was Marital Conflicts Questionnaire (MCQ-R), (Revised 2015). Both groups were evaluated in two phases: pre-test and post-test. Descriptive and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance) were used to examine and analyze the data. The obtained results showed that in the experimental group, after providing the quality of life therapy educational package, marital conflicts have decreased significantly. According to the findings of this research, it can be said that quality of life therapy has been a suitable method to reduce the conflicts of married women in Isfahan city.
