The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship and determine the predictive role of different dimensions of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in conflict management styles of female nurses. The method of the current research was descriptive and of the type of correlational studies. The statistical population of the research consisted of all female nurses in Isfahan city and the sample size was 278 of them who were selected by cluster random method. The measurement tools were Petrides and Farnham's Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (2000), King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008) and Rahim's Conflict Management Styles Questionnaire (1983). To analyze the data, statistical methods of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple multivariate regression analysis were used using R software version 3.6.2 (car and gvlma packages). The findings showed that there is a direct relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with efficient conflict management style (collaboration) and an inverse relationship with other conflict management styles (competitive, coercive, avoidant and compromise) and the role of each factor of emotional intelligence And spiritual intelligence was determined in predicting conflict management styles of female nurses. Women who have higher emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence manage their marital conflicts more efficiently. Therefore, by strengthening emotional intelligence and providing solutions to increase emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, marital conflicts can be managed much better and more efficiently.
