پیش بینی سبک های مدیریت تعارض زناشویی براساس ابعاد هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی پرستاران زن

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط و تعیین نقش پیش­بین ابعاد مختلف هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی در سبک های مدیریت تعارض پرستاران زن بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه ی پرستاران زن شهر اصفهان و حجم نمونه را 278 نفر از آن ها که به شیوه تصادفی خوشه­ای انتخاب شدند، تشکیل دادند. ابزارهای اندازه گیری پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی پترایدز و فارنهام (2000)، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ (2008) و پرسشنامه سبک های مدیریت تعارض رحیم (1983) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش­های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری چندگانه با استفاده از نرم افزار R نسخه 3.6.2 (بسته­های car و gvlma) بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها نشان دادند که بین ابعاد هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با سبک کارآمد مدیریت تعارض(همکاری) رابطه مستقیم و با سایر سبک های مدیریت تعارض (رقابتی، اجباری، اجتنابی و سازشی) رابطه معکوس وجود دارد و نقش هر یک از عوامل هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی در پیش­بینی سبک­های مدیریت تعارض پرستاران زن تعیین شد. زنانی که هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی بالاتری دارند، تعارض های زناشویی خود را کارآمدتر مدیریت می کنند. بنابراین با تقویت هوش هیجانی و ارائه ی راهکارهایی در جهت افزایش هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی، می توان تعارض های زناشویی را خیلی بهتر و کارآمدتر مدیریت کرد.

Prediction of marital conflict management styles based on dimensions of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of female nurses

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship and determine the predictive role of different dimensions of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in conflict management styles of female nurses. The method of the current research was descriptive and of the type of correlational studies. The statistical population of the research consisted of all female nurses in Isfahan city and the sample size was 278 of them who were selected by cluster random method. The measurement tools were Petrides and Farnham's Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (2000), King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008) and Rahim's Conflict Management Styles Questionnaire (1983). To analyze the data, statistical methods of Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple multivariate regression analysis were used using R software version 3.6.2 (car and gvlma packages). The findings showed that there is a direct relationship between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with efficient conflict management style (collaboration) and an inverse relationship with other conflict management styles (competitive, coercive, avoidant and compromise) and the role of each factor of emotional intelligence And spiritual intelligence was determined in predicting conflict management styles of female nurses. Women who have higher emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence manage their marital conflicts more efficiently. Therefore, by strengthening emotional intelligence and providing solutions to increase emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, marital conflicts can be managed much better and more efficiently.
