چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی برازش مدل بهزیستی روانشناختی با توجه به ذهن آگاهی واحساس مسئولیت در دانش آموزان می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش را دانش آموزان دختر و پسر دبیرستانی منطقه نه تهران تشکیل می‌دهد. به این منظور250 دانش آموز با روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ی ذهن آگاهی پنج وجهی (FFMQ) ، پرسشنامه‌ی بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف، پرسشنامه مسئولیت پذیری نعمتی استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش بااستفاده ازروش تحلیل مسیر با نرم افزار Amosمورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. مدل پیشنهادی بر اساس پرسش‌های پژوهش به آزمون گذاشته شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد مدل بعد از یک سری اصلاحات از برازش مناسبی برخورداراست. یافته‌های به دست آمده نشان داد مسئولیت پذیری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین ذهن اگاهی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی نیز تأثیر معناداری دارد. این پژوهش گام مهمی جهت شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر بهزیستی روانشناختی است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the current research is to investigate the fit of the psychological well-being model with regard to mindfulness and sense of responsibility in students. The research community consists of male and female high school students of Tehran's 9th district. For this purpose, 250 students were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. Five-faceted mindfulness questionnaire (FFMQ), Riff psychological well-being questionnaire, and Nemati's responsibility questionnaire were used to collect data. Research data was evaluated using path analysis method with Amos software. The proposed model was tested based on the research questions. The obtained results showed that the model has a good fit after a series of corrections. The findings showed that accountability has a significant effect on psychological well-being. Also, the conscious mind has a significant effect on psychological well-being. This research is an important step to know the factors affecting psychological well-being.
