The purpose of the present research is to justify the recurrence of infections in women due to marital conflicts based on the concepts of the systemic approach (especially triangulation). For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted on women who had visited the treatment center several times for the treatment of infection and had relapsed despite taking medication. The interview questions were extracted and adjusted from the McMaster Clinical Rating Scale (MCRS) and the Beavers Questionnaire (SFI-) and the Standard Family Clinical Interview (SCFI). The number of interviews reached saturation in 15 cases. The methodology of this research was qualitative and the data were analyzed using the thematic analysis technique, based on the concepts of the systemic approach. The sampling method was purposeful and the samples were selected from among those who had referred to the treatment center for the treatment of infection and met the entry criteria and were interviewed. In this research, the author found eleven triangles. Based on other results of this research, an infection triangle has been formed. Marital conflicts are an important factor in creating family stress. Stress reduces the body's defense system, and this can be a factor in causing vaginal infections (vaginitis). Finally, based on the findings of this research, infection itself forms a triangle that reduces anxiety, and based on the concepts of the systemic approach, this becomes the reason for the recurrence of infection.
