The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between time management and self-efficacy with occupational stress of elementary school teachers in Bojnord city. This is a descriptive research of correlational type and the statistical population consisted of all the elementary school teachers of Bojnord city in 1994-1995 in the number of 850 people and a sample size of 265 people was selected. In this research, three occupational stress questionnaires of the Health and Safety Institute of England, Sherer and Maddox's general self-efficacy scale and Kerami's time management questionnaire (2017) were used. Multiple regression test and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used to derive the hypotheses. The results showed that in the best prediction model for job stress, time management and self-efficacy are able to predict the criterion variable. Time management has the biggest contribution in predicting job stress. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between self-efficacy and job stress at a level smaller than 0.05. This means that self-efficacy is related to job stress, and with the increase of self-efficacy scores, the job stress of elementary teachers decreases. Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between time management and job stress at a level smaller than 0.01. This means that time management is related to job stress, and with the increase of time management scores, the job stress of elementary teachers decreases.
