Abstract The emotional component of the relationship between parents and children plays an important role in the formation of problematic behaviors in children and adolescents and their mental health in general. The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the causal model of parental meta-emotional philosophy based on emotional self-awareness, differentiation and existential anxiety. The study method was descriptive-correlation and structural equation model analysis. The statistical population included all the parents of Kermanshah city. A total of 201 parents were selected using the accessible method. The data collection tools were the Parental meta-emotion philosophy Scale, the Emotional Self-Awareness Scale, the Self-Differentiation Inventory - Short Form, and the Existential Concerns Questionnaire (Van Brugen et al., 2017). The validity of the tools was measured by using content validity in a qualitative method and reliability by internal consistency by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 software. The results showed that the direct paths of existential anxiety to meta-emotional philosophy; Differentiation to emotional self-awareness; and emotional self-awareness to meta-emotional philosophy, as well as the indirect path of differentiation to parental meta-emotional philosophy with the mediating role of emotional self-awareness is positive and significant. In other words, the results showed that parents who have higher differentiation have more emotional self-awareness and are more in emotion coaching in meta-emotional philosophy. This finding can be used in theoretical models related to the determinants of parent's emotion coaching or in psychological interventions to help parents to increase their emotion coaching.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of schema focused approach to group cognitive-behavioral therapy on improving depression, anxiety, and maladaptive childhood schemas of traumatized women.
The research applies a quasi-experiment with pre-test, post-test and follow-up assessment. The statistical population is all the traumatized women refered to to health centers in Mashhad. In this research, 60 traumatized women having anxiety and depression were selected in 5 months through convenient sampling and they were randomly divided into two schema and control groups.
The experimental group received schema therapy in ten 60-minute sessions and the control group did not receive any treatment. Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory and Young's Schema Questionnaire were used in this study; analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was also used to analyze the data.
The results of analysis of covariance indicated that schema focused approach to group cognitive-behavioral therapy is effective in improvement of depression and anxiety of traumatized women. It also shows a significant reduction in the scores of all of the early maladaptive schemas, except for the two schemes of abandonment / instability and subjugation in the experimental group. Conclusion: It can be concluded that schema focused group cognitive-behavioral therapy approach is effective in modifying early maladaptive schemas and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Abstract The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on self-resilience of infertile women in Sari city. This research was a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of all infertile women who referred to Hazrat Imam Khomeini Hospital in Sari city in the second six months of 2014, whose number was 211 was reported by the hospital. The sampling method of the current research is available and with a targeted initial screening of 30 people, of which 15 people were selected for each experimental and reference group. The entire treatment process was carried out in eight individual sessions for 45 minutes for the experimental group.Connor and Davidson's resilience scale was used to collect data from the samples, and univariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the independent variable (group) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (self-resilience) (F(28, 1) = 27.77 and P < 0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy has been effective on the self-resilience of infertile women.

Abstract present study aims to test the conceptual model in which job stressors mediate the relationship between Career anchors and job satisfaction. The method of this research was descriptive-correlation and its statistical population included 502 managers and supervisors of ten operating regions of Iran Gas Transmission Company. The sampling method was done in cluster. The participants answered the Career anchors, job descriptive index (JDI) and industrial unit job stressors scale (IUJSS) questionnaires. Data analysis was done using AMOS software. Data analysis using the bootstrapping method showed that the job stressors variable partially mediates the relationship between the Career anchors of service, independence, and security. No such correlation was obtained for the other five anchors. Based on the findings of this research, if organizations consider the unique abilities of each person according to the characteristics of the job and the organization, job stress and pressure will be reduced, and this will create different outputs such as higher job satisfaction. Also, the Career anchor as a variable that shows the suitability of the job and the employee, can be used as one of the main factors in the selection, recruitment, and succession planning.

Abstract This study was carried out to the mediator role role of psychological flexibility in the relationship of emotion regulation and parental stress with marital conflicts during the coronavirus epidemic.: The research method was descriptive and correlational. The population was all married women in Tehran in 2020. The sample consisted of 257 who were selected by convenience sampling method. The research instruments consisted of: Marital Conflict Questionnaire (2000), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (2006), Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-II (2011) and Parenting Stress Index - Short Form (1983). The obtained information was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and Path analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Parental stress and emotional regulation with marital conflicts during the coronavirus pandemic (P <0.05). Also, the results showed that psychological flexibility in the relationship between parental stress and emotion regulation with marital conflicts during the period of corona virus is mediating (P<0/05). Therefore in order to reduce the marital conflicts, it is suggested that necessary educational programs should be implemented to reduce parental stress.

Abstract The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on corona anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder in women referring to counseling centers in Gonbadkavos City. The present study, in terms of purpose, was applied, and it was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group in terms of type. This research's statistical population included all women referred to counseling centers in Gonbadkavos city during the first nine months of 1400. The statistical sample consisted of 30 women who were selected by the available sampling method and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups. Subjects in the experimental groups received ten 90-minute treatment sessions. In order to collect the required data, we used Alipour et al.'s Corona Anxiety Questionnaire (2018) and Maudsley-Hodgson and Rachman's Obsession Questionnaire (1977). We analyzed These data by SPSS software and analysis of covariance. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that cognitive-behavioral therapy had an effect on corona anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder in women referring to counseling centers in Gonbadkavos city (p < 0.05).
