Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between mental strength and spiritual health and the hope of recovery in injured athletes of different sports. Methodology: A correlational research and the statistical population of the study. different sports in Tehran in 2021 who have referred to Pas physiotherapy, Aftab physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Federation physiotherapy centers of this city. In this way, 100 people were selected by simple random sampling (lottery). Spiritual health, hope for recovery, and mental strength were used to collect information. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple regression and Pearson correlation coefficient) and using spss20 software. Findings: The findings showed that there is a relationship between mental strength and spiritual health with hope for recovery, and mental strength and spiritual health can predict the hope for recovery of injured athletes (P<0.001). Conclusion: There is a relationship between mental strength and spiritual health and hope for recovery in injured athletes of various sports fields, and the results of the present study can be used in formulating treatment protocols to increase the mental health of these people.
