چکیده

این پژوهش باهدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان­شناختی رفتاری بر بهبود رضایت زناشویی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در همسران مبتلا به افسردگی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون- پس­آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. حجم نمونه پژوهش به حجم 30 نفر از بین کلیه زنان افسرده  منطقه 6 استان تهران به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند، انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15) و کنترل (15) جایگزین شدند شرکت­کنندگان در مراحل پیش ­آزمون و پس‌آزمون پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گرنفسکی و رضایت زناشویی السون و همکاران را تکمیل کردند و آزمودنی­های گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ­ای تحت آموزش درمان شناختی رفتاری قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند درمان شناختی رفتاری به افزایش راهبردهای مثبت و کاهش راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و افزایش رضایت زناشویی در مرحله پس‌آزمون منجر می­شود. با توجه به نتایج، درمان شناختی رفتاری بر بهبود راهبردهای مثبت و منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و رضایت زناشویی زنان افسرده مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on the cognitive emotion regulation and marital satisfaction of women with depressive disorder. This was a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design and control group. The sample size of 15 subjects were selected by purposeful sampling method from among all women depression  of district 6  city of Tehran and were randomly assigned to two experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. The participants completed the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ) developed by Garnovskii and marital satisfaction Olson, Forrins and Drakeman. The pretest, posttest, stages. Meanwhile, the subjects in the experimental group received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during eight 90-minute sessions. Data analysis showed that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy caused an increase in the positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and marital satisfaction a reduction in the cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the post-test. Based on the results, it can be said that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy significantly affects the improvement of positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies and marital satisfaction of women depression.
